ABOUT
Rachael Morrow is a Sri Lankan-Australian producer with extensive experience across all areas of production. Through her company Film Tomorrow, she leads a collaborative initiative spanning the full spectrum of creative production, working closely with emerging and underrepresented filmmakers to craft distinctive, emotionally resonant cinema.
Over the past two years, Rachael has released her first feature film, Just A Farmer, which she co-produced and went on to win numerous international awards, including an AACTA nomination for Best Indie Film. She followed this with First Light, where she served as Line Producer; the film premiered at MIFF 2025 and won Best Australian Director. This momentum continued with her web series Displaced, receiving the Grand Jury Prize at Sydney Web Fest 2025 and reaching over 300k views online.
Rachael has just wrapped production on the Screen Australia funded musical comedy series Cringe, and is in pre-production for the documentarty feature film It’s Not About The Food and the documentary series The Art Keepers. She continues to craft a diverse slate spanning long and short form narrative, documentary, and moving image art.
Rachael’s passion for short form storytelling is evident in her many internationally recognised, award winning short films. Highlights includes Me & Mazzy Melancholy and On Golden Days, both having a successful festival run worldwide, and both screened at the Sydney Opera House as part of Vivid Sydney.
In addition to her narrative and documentary work, Rachael has produced a variety of high budget commercial campaigns for major clients including Apple, Valentino, YSL, Armani Beauty, Budweiser, Meta, Bonds, Grill’d, Blundstone, Vogue, and Belong. Working alongside award winning directors and agencies, she has brought ambitious creative concepts to life while further expanding her production expertise.
